Building innovation skills

Innovation Program

The Innovation program is a combined training and innovation process development effort.

It is targeted at individual companies or a number of businesses or public service providers coordinating their improvement efforts. Collaborating in competence development and certification is crucial in building a learning community in this area.

The program will provide the participants with academic credentials and can be used to provide international certifications for your key people. Sertifications are provided by Product Development management Association (PDMA), which is a highly respected supplier in this field.

Improving Innovation practices quality, competencies and performance is not a simple task. We know from experience that many companies do not have the patience to “stay the course”. Very often we see operational day to day issues stealing resources from the long term work of improving innovation work practices quality.

We also experience that companies can achieve much speedier results by cooperating with other companies and jointly implement programs to improve competence and work practices in this area.

Innovation Network Programs are 3-6 month joint improvement programs with 3 or more 1-2 days training and group work sessions. Two ore more participants from each business or public service provider are strongly recommended. The program participants develop key internal innovation roles and processes as part of the training program. The program can be configured as workshops both inside and outside of business hours.
