Founded in year 2000 as Convergent BSP AS. Renamed Innovation Performance after a successful change of professional focus.

2003: Entered into a licensing agreement on the leading Innovation Benchmarking product developed by the global Innovation management guru Robert G. Cooper and Jens Arleth of Innovation Management U3, Denmark. Pilot agreement with NHO/Abelia and Green Partner Norway. Contracted to manage the National Competency Network of Innovation Management by Abelia Innovasjon.

October 2004: Decision was made to develop a new set of tools from ground up based on our two year long R&D project in best innovation practices and the pilot customer experiences.

January 2005: Successfully launched our own i-Perform branded products. Acquired first major customers based on our new i-Perform products.

March 2005: Launched the first training program in Innovation Management.

March 2006: Innovation Monitor piloted with investment fund Origonord, Green Technology cluster Green Business Norway and software cluster IKT Grenland.

January 2007: Entered into collaboration with University College of Finnmark on Innovation Program offered as part of the University curriculum in Innovation Management.

March 2007: Second version of Innovation Monitor piloted by IKT Grenland and Green Business Norway.

Oktober 2007: First Innovation Program in public sector developed with the management teams of Hammerfest and Alta Municipalities.
