Thank you to all participants!

Thank You to all participants for Your dedication and effort to learn more. We hope we this training session were so practical it made it easier to  implement learnings on how to make Your clustero deliver more valuable services to your cluster members. We also hope our focus on cluster/services business models will help you build the economic capacity and sustainability of the cluster organisation.  Keep using the ESCA Cluster Excellence tools to support continuous improvement and a dedication to achieve Cluster Excellence.

Our overall goal for these sessions have been to help the participating clusters build quality and capacity to act as facilitators and matchmakers for cluster members  looking for international project opportunities. The upcoming EEA/Norway grants calls will be out soon and we hope to see many of You finding Norwegian Clusters and SMEs to work with to develop high quality international project proposals for the calls.

All the organizers will be at your disposal if  you need guidance to find partners in Norway for the calls.

Good luck!

Preparation documents

The preparations we expect you to do is:

  1. Prepare a 2 min pitch supported of 1 slide that present your cluster and can be further developed by the cluster as part of  training cluster members  to present heir cluster as an integrated part of their customer and partner presentations.

  2. Please scroll through our Bulgarian Cluster training pages and documentation from the training session in Sofia June  21-22nd. Of special relevance is slide #12-19 in the documentation of «Strategic Development session» presentation.

  3. As the workshop focus is services – the production of member services the last 12 month in your own cluster is important. We would recommend to spend a bit of time on slide #13-18. These show the ESCA way of defining member services areas and  annual service production. Think through last 12 month service production. We will revisit this in the workshop.

  4. We recommend reading the Input document with insight from ESCAS bronze and gold label assement. Of special relevance is content from p.32 and throughout the document. (See pdf on the right hand side on this tab)

  5. Below you will find a 2 minute video introducing the Business Model Canvas. Victoria will use this extensively to help You develop Business model for the cluster (national and international markets)  and for the cluster member services (members are customers)
