Our benchmarking and measurement tools and processes are targeted at:

Customers use these tools and services to perform an assessment of the AS-IS situation an track innovation results on a continual basis. The benchmarking tools can track and assess:
- Innovation ambitions and specific goals.
- Company resource spending on innovation (idea development, concept development and projects)
- Company Innovation results (project success rates, time efficiency, % of revenue from new products, ROI on investment in innovation)
- Internal work practices quality on key innovation work practice areas.
Based on self assessment from key internal people each company get a tailored innovation report card. This report presents Your results, compared to the 20% best in our 600 company innovation benchmarking database:
- Innovation results (performance)
- Economic value of improvement potential
- A map of how their work practices compare to “the 20% best” and the rest in our benchmarking database
- A to do list of improvement actions
- Recommended competencies building for the core team of responsible managers and development resources owners.
- Suggested improvement goals for 12-18 months period.
Workshops to follow up report cards can be coached by certified i-Perform consultants or by internal experts trained and certified by us to plan and perform the workshop sessions. Innovation Performance will deliver the tailored WEB-based research forms and the Innovation Report cards.
